Which Custom Tent package is right for you?

Here at Instant Promotion we manufacture a wide range of custom pop up tents and they’re available in lots of different sizes and styles. To help customers choose the right tent style for their event we’ve developed a range of Custom Tent packages.
Our most popular package is the Classic Package which includes a 600D polyester canopy with unlimited full color sublimation printing! With the Classic Package your event tent can have as much branding as you like on all four peaks and all four valances; and we'll match your brand Pantone colors to perfection! All of our custom logo tents are 100% waterproof and fireproof making them suitable for use all year round.
Our Sport Package is another popular option - it includes the same 600D polyester printed canopy as the Classic Package but we’ve also added in a full height back wall and two half height walls at each end of the tent. The half height walls come with aluminum support bars and brackets, and as with all of our packages we include unlimited full color printing on all panels! Single sided printing is standard however double sided upgrade options are available.
The Trader Package is similar to the Sport Package but also includes a Custom Table Cover. Available in a Fitted or Throw style and in 6ft or 8ft size, the Trader Package is great for businesses looking to present products and services using the branded table at the front of the tent.
Most of our packages are available in sizes from 5’ x 5’ up to our huge 13’ x 26’ size! Our most popular custom canopy tent sizes are 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20.
If you like printed Advertising Flags with your tent package then check out the Trader Plus package or the Instant Expo package. The Trader Plus includes 8ft Teardrop Flags that attach to the tent frame legs, and the Instant Expo package includes two 115ft Feather Flags that come with bases so you can setup the flag alongside the tent.

Whenever you’re using a Custom Tent at an event or trade show you’ll want to make sure it’s secured properly. We recommend using both a tie down kit and metal weight plates to protect your investment. The tie down straps connect to the corner of the tent canopy and can be staked into the ground at a 45 degree angle; our 33lb Tent Weights slide over the frame foot plate to create a really secure footing.
