Our Arch Sponsor Banner Kits are designed to turn your inflatable arch into a high-impact branding display for events, races, festivals, corporate activations, and promotional setups. Each kit includes a complete set of custom printed sponsor banners for both sides of the arch, making it easy to showcase sponsors, event partners, logos, and promotional messaging from multiple viewing angles.
Each banner is produced with full color unlimited dye-sublimation printing for vibrant, professional-quality graphics. Whether you are adding race sponsors, event logos, charity partners, brand messaging, or directional graphics, these sponsor banner kits provide a clean and effective way to customize your arch without replacing the full arch cover.
What Is Included
Each Arch Sponsor Banner Kit includes 10 total banners designed to cover both sides of the arch:
- 2 top sponsor banners
- 4 angled section sponsor banners
- 4 leg sponsor banners
This layout allows branding to be displayed across the upper section, angled side sections, and legs of the arch, helping create a complete sponsor display package for your event.

Important Size Availability Note
Sponsor Banner Kits are not available for 40ft or 50ft inflatable arches. If you need branding for a 40ft or 50ft arch, we recommend using our Arch Hanging Banners or contacting us to discuss available custom branding options.
Designed for Event Sponsorship and Branding
These kits are ideal for events where sponsor visibility is important. They are commonly used for race arches, charity events, sporting events, school events, festivals, trade shows, corporate activations, product launches, and branded entrances.
Full Color Dye-Sublimation Printing
Each sponsor banner is printed using full color unlimited dye-sublimation printing. This process allows logos, colors, text, and graphics to be reproduced with sharp detail and a professional finish. Full color printing is included, so you can use multiple sponsor logos or detailed artwork without being limited to a set number of print colors.
Compatible With Our Arches Only
Arch Sponsor Banner Kits are made to fit our inflatable arches. Because arch shapes, measurements, attachment points, and construction can vary between manufacturers, we cannot guarantee fitment with arches purchased from another company.
If your inflatable arch was not purchased from us, we do not recommend ordering this product unless you can confirm compatibility on your end. Custom printed sponsor banner kits are made to order and cannot be returned due to sizing or fitment issues with third-party arch systems.
Hook & Loop Note: Each sponsor banner includes hook & loop for attachment. If purchased with a new inflatable arch, we will add the matching hook & loop to the arch during production. If purchased separately for an existing arch, the customer is responsible for purchasing and applying compatible hook & loop to the arch before use.
Artwork and Custom Printing
After placing your order, our team can work with your submitted artwork to prepare the sponsor banners for production. For best results, we recommend providing vector artwork whenever possible, such as AI, EPS, or PDF files. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be accepted depending on the artwork.
Please make sure all sponsor logos, event names, and text are finalized before proof approval. Production will begin once the artwork proof has been reviewed and approved.

Hook & Loop Attachment Note
Each sponsor banner will include hook & loop for attachment. If this Sponsor Banner Kit is purchased at the same time as a new inflatable arch order, we will add the matching hook & loop to the arch during production.
If you are purchasing this kit separately for an arch you already own, the arch itself will need to have compatible hook & loop added before the banners can be attached. In this case, the customer is responsible for purchasing and applying the hook & loop to the arch.
Please make sure your arch is properly prepared for attachment before ordering. If you are unsure whether your arch has the correct hook & loop placement, please contact us before purchasing.
Please download a PDF artwork template below, complete your design, and upload the finished template when placing your order. - All text and strokes to be outlined
- All images to be embedded
- Any pixel-based artwork must be a minimum of 100dpi
