The water filled base features spring shocks allow the sign to sway back and forth in strong winds, and the heavy base won't topple over. It also has two wheels at one end to make moving the sign a simple process. Changing graphics is also easy thanks to the simple snap frame design. Transparent sheets protect the poster inside, so you know your printed materials are always protected from any dust or damage.
